Nvidia Set For Stock Split
10-for-1 Split of Common Stock to be completed by Thursday.
Split comes on the heels of tremendous price increase
Nvidia’s board of directors declared a four-for-one split of NVIDIAs common stock in the form of a stock dividend. When it completes on Thursday, the stock price will go from ~$1200 to ~$120 a share. This will be the company's fifth stock split since its 1999 initial public offering.
Nvidia's stock price hit a record high this week, lifting the company's market capitalization above the $3 trillion mark.
